The panoramic back frame is built with 100x50x3 mm structural steel tubing, resistant to strong impacts. The entire rear structure is joined using precision-machined parts to enhance durability and simplify assembly. The upper frame includes a 50x50x4 mm electro-welded steel mesh (2000×1000 mm) and an opening for 2995x1995x12 mm tempered glass panels, guaranteeing visibility and stability.

• 8 side modules of 3000×2000 mm, made with 40x40x2 mm steel tubing and 50x50x4 mm electro-welded mesh, reinforced with 80x80x2 mm steel posts (1250 mm length).

• 14 upper modules of 2000×1000 mm, constructed with 40x20x2 mm steel tubing and 50x50x4 mm electro-welded mesh, forming the 4-meter-high upper section above the panoramic rear.

• All our padel courts include 18 tempered glass panels, each measuring 3×2 meters with a 12 mm thickness, manufactured in accordance with European standards EN-1250-1 and EN-1250-2. The entire metal structure is fixed using mechanical Spit anchors, 12 mm in diameter and 120 mm in length, tightened to a torque of 110 Nm.

• Free access doors are available on both sides of the court.
• If required, double doors can be installed on one or both sides, and an automated smart system can be integrated for automatic opening linked to an online booking system.

• Four poles measuring 80x80x3 mm and 6000 (±3) mm high are installed, finished with the same coating as the rest of the court.

• Each pole includes four cross arms made from 100×10 mm steel plates, positioned at right angles with countersunk holes and welded internal nuts for attachment to the post and bracket. The 40x40x4 mm arms, 900 mm long, include countersunk holes for mounting the floodlights.

• Optional curved or Z-shaped poles are also available, made from 80x80x2 mm steel tubing with a 3000 mm length, and curved or Z-shaped arms made from 40x40x2 mm tubing.
