Are you really manufacturers, or do you import and add your logo?

We manufacture the structure, which is the heart of the court: 3,000 m² in Valladolid where we cut the tube, weld it, galvanise it and paint it. We keep continuous stock of steel, glass and turf to meet the agreed lead time. The remaining components — grass, net, light fittings — we do not manufacture ourselves, but 100% of the materials are of Spanish origin. And we build structures for other brands that sell them under their own logo, which is impossible without a real factory. The video above shows the process.

Is buying direct from the manufacturer cheaper?

Yes. You pay production cost , without the chain of intermediaries. Note: our web price is an ex-works factory price . It does not include transport, installation or local taxes. If a local distributor quotes higher, it is because they include all that work.

What quality control do you do?

Every weld, every panel and every bolt is checked before the court leaves the factory. And welding is done in the workshop only, never on site. If it does not pass, it does not ship.

How many courts do you produce?

Around 400 padel courts a year , and we export roughly 80% of our production . Our courts are playing in the Maldives, Denmark, Georgia, Iraq, Nigeria and about 30 other countries.

Can I customise the court?

That is the advantage of owning the factory. Any RAL colour in matt, satin or metallic; laser marking on the reinforcement feet and corners with your logo; full branding. Free 3D render with every quote.

How fast can you replace a broken glass panel?

We keep glass in stock at the factory and drive out with it. Days, not months waiting for the next container from Asia. Work out what a court earns per month and you will see why that matters.

Who installs the court and who answers afterwards?

Our own team. The same people who go to Copenhagen go to Tbilisi or the Maldives. And when you call afterwards, the team that built it answers, not a call centre.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, and we would like you to. We have a showroom in Valladolid where you can see and play on the courts before you buy.

What does a padel court cost?

Between €10,000 and €40,000 ex-works , depending on model, glass, turf and lighting. Ask for your quote: we send the breakdown and the 3D render.

The process

From the steel bar to the assembled court

Five phases, all inside the plant and none subcontracted. The tube comes in as bar and leaves as assembled modules.

Cutting

Structural tube comes into the factory and is cut to size. Each model has its section: 80×40×2 on the ECO, 100×100×2 on the Panorama, 100×50×3 on the Top Professional.
Welding

Workshop only, never on site. A module welded in the factory, with jigs and control, is not the same as one welded at the edge of the court in a hurry.
Galvanising

Hot-dip. This is what decides whether your court lasts ten years by the sea or pits in three.
Painting

Before painting, the steel goes through a deionised-water washing tunnel. That leaves the metal chemically clean and the paint penetrates far deeper, so it lasts years longer than paint applied over merely degreased metal. Any RAL in matt, satin or metallic. Before a court leaves the plant, every weld, panel and bolt is checked.
Loading

Our own overhead crane and loading bay, with professional packing equipment. The court leaves protected and secured so it arrives as it left, whether two hundred kilometres away or on another continent.

Paint process

The finish that decides whether the court lasts

Paint is the first thing that fails on a badly built court. We do not paint over merely degreased steel: the profile goes through a deionised-water washing tunnel that leaves the metal chemically clean. The paint penetrates far deeper and lasts years longer.
