The process
Five phases, all inside the plant and none subcontracted. The tube comes in as bar and leaves as assembled modules.
Structural tube comes into the factory and is cut to size. Each model has its section: 80×40×2 on the ECO, 100×100×2 on the Panorama, 100×50×3 on the Top Professional.
Workshop only, never on site. A module welded in the factory, with jigs and control, is not the same as one welded at the edge of the court in a hurry.
Hot-dip. This is what decides whether your court lasts ten years by the sea or pits in three.
Before painting, the steel goes through a deionised-water washing tunnel. That leaves the metal chemically clean and the paint penetrates far deeper, so it lasts years longer than paint applied over merely degreased metal. Any RAL in matt, satin or metallic. Before a court leaves the plant, every weld, panel and bolt is checked.
Our own overhead crane and loading bay, with professional packing equipment. The court leaves protected and secured so it arrives as it left, whether two hundred kilometres away or on another continent.
Paint process
Paint is the first thing that fails on a badly built court. We do not paint over merely degreased steel: the profile goes through a deionised-water washing tunnel that leaves the metal chemically clean. The paint penetrates far deeper and lasts years longer.
Buying from the manufacturer
A distributor sells you the court and disappears. We are still here when a glass panel needs replacing or a door adjusting.

With the quote we send you how your facility will look. Free and with no commitment.
Calculated against the wind and snow of your specific location, not a generic catalogue calculation.
When you call, the team that built your court answers. Not a call centre that opens a ticket.
Client area with the real manufacturing phase, the proformas and the documentation. On desktop and mobile.
Every package with its QR and its contents. Your team confirms what arrives and reports issues with a photo on the spot.
Come and see it
A court assembled, lit and ready to play, inside the plant itself. You can touch the glass, walk on the turf and try the scoreboard before deciding anything. Let us know you are coming and we will show you round: most people who visit end up ordering.

They tell us how many people visit each page and where they come from, in aggregate. We use them to decide what to improve. If you reject them, the site works just the same.
