Automatic doors

We make the door too

The door opens on its own with the code sent to the player in the booking. No one from the club has to go and open or close it.

  • Swing doors: Hinged leaf with hidden motor. The classic solution for single access points.
  • Motorised sliding: They slide to one side without taking up space. Perfect where there is no room to open outwards.

What else it includes

Everything the installation needs

Nine modules contracted separately: you take only what you need.

Rates and discounts

Different rates for residents, pensioners, large families, unemployed or licensed players. It links to the discounts in your by-laws and to provincial sports schemes, and the discount applies at the moment of booking. Nobody has to check it by hand.

Automation without internet

The court carries its own 4G SIM. It does not depend on the sports hall router or on somebody having paid the fibre bill. If the facility line goes down, the lights still come on with the booking.

Accounting by sport

Each facility and each sport with its own separate account: padel, five-a-side, swimming pool, pelota. You pull what each sport took in over any period, ready for the annual report and for the auditors.

Passes and wallet

Hour passes, season fees and a prepaid wallet with balance. Residents top up once and spend as they go; you collect in advance and cut unpaid bookings. The balance is on record and is not lost.

User management

Sign-up with residency checks, family units, notices, usage history and penalties for no-shows. You know who enters each facility and on what entitlement.

Courses and schools

Enrolment by level and group, waiting lists, reserved places and payment monthly or per term. The swimming campaign opens and closes without queues at the counter.

Invoicing and direct debits

Every payment issues its invoice. Fees go out by SEPA direct debit and rejections are flagged automatically. No more Saturday spreadsheets.

No commission, no lock-in

We take no commission per booking and impose no minimum term. Modules are bought separately: if you only need bookings and automation, that is what you pay for.

A panel to account for it

Occupancy by time slot, income, incidents and usage by district or facility. The figures they will ask you for in the council chamber, on one screen and exportable.

And more
No booking commissions and no lock-in The modules install on courts of any manufacturer.
Its own 4G SIM: no need to lay network cable to the court or depend on the club’s wifi
If the club loses internet, the court keeps opening and switching on the same
Compatible locks and electrical panel: we check it beforehand in a technical visit
Light billed within the booking, and it switches off on its own when time is up
Access by code or by missed call, for installations without a keypad
Different rates for residents and a translated app, ideal for municipalities

The software

Twenty years of booking software behind it

Automation on its own is useless: something has to tell the court when the match starts. That is ReservaDeportes, our booking system, which today runs more than 300 municipal facilities and 400 clubs. A council does not just open and close courts: it applies resident rates, balances the till sport by sport and answers to the council chamber. All of that comes out of the same panel. The screenshots are real, not mock-ups.

How it works

No network, no works, no keys

A board with its own connectivity does all the work, tied to the booking system.

Its own 4G SIM

Each board carries its own SIM card. It does not depend on the club router or wifi: if the internet drops, the courts keep opening.

Tied to the booking

The door and the lights activate according to the user booking: only whoever has a slot gets in, and only in their slot.

No network works

No cabling and no network infrastructure to install. The board goes in and it is operative in little time.

Access audit

Every opening is logged: you know who came in and when, ideal for council departments and residents’ boards.

Questions about automation and bookings

What is automation on a padel court?

That the court responds to the booking on its own: the light switches on at the booked time and off when it ends, and the door opens with the code sent to the player. No one from the club has to go and switch on, open or close.

Do I need to run a network cable to the court?

No. The automation has its own 4G SIM: no network cable to the court, no going through the club’s router, no depending on its wifi. And since it never depended on the club’s line, if the club loses internet the court keeps opening and switching on the same.

Can it be fitted on a court I already have?

Yes. The automation installs on courts of any manufacturer, the court doesn’t have to be ours. What’s needed is the electrical panel and a compatible lock, and we check that beforehand.

Do I have to change my booking system?

No. ReservaDeportes has an open API for any system: if your club already uses other software, we connect to it and the automation works the same. Our system is there because it has run for twenty years, not because you have to buy it.

How long until it’s working?

The software installation is ready in 48 hours. The physical part (locks, relays, panel) depends on the installation and is assessed in the technical visit.

How does the player open the door?

With the code sent in the booking, typed at the access point. There is also missed-call opening, for installations without a keypad.

Is the light billed separately?

If you want, yes: the light can be billed within the booking itself, and since it switches off on its own, you don’t pay for hours of light on with no one playing.

What if someone doesn’t show up?

The booking is already charged and the cancellation rules are set by you. If no one comes in, the light never switches on.

Does it work for a municipality?

It’s where we use it most: 300+ municipalities have it. Different rates can be applied for residents and the app is translated.

We’ll tell you if your court supports it

Tell us about your installation and we’ll tell you whether it can take automation, with no commitment.
