Where this calculation stops being valid

The design justified by our engineer does not apply if any of these three conditions occurs. In that case we recalculate for the site before confirming the order.

  • Basic wind speed above 29 m/s (104 km/h) in the region of the installation.
  • Coastal area exposed to open sea, lake shore, or flat terrain with no vegetation or nearby obstacles.
  • Snow load above 90 kg/sqm according to the national annex of the Eurocode.

Calculation report signed by an engineer, with explicit assumptions: basic wind speed, terrain category, pressure coefficients and load combinations. Supplied with every project.

What lasts twenty years

Hard-pressed extruded 6061/T6 aluminium, anodised to prevent oxidation and corrosion. And double PVC-coated polyester fabric at 850 g/m², block-out, waterproof and UV resistant. Every cover is calculated for the wind and snow of your location, not with a generic calculation.

How much does it cost to cover a padel court?

It depends on the type of enclosure (roof only, sliding walls or fixed walls), the number of courts and the wind and snow loads of your area, which drive the structural calculation. Since each cover is sized for its location, the price comes from the engineering study — which is included. Tell us about your project and we'll give you a firm figure.

What types of cover do you make?

Three: enclosed with fixed walls and a hinged door, enclosed with sliding walls (which open in summer), and roof only without sides. All modular and made to fit the court.

Does it withstand wind and snow?

Yes, and not in a generic way: it is calculated for your site. The design follows Eurocodes EN 1990, 1991, 1993 and 15088 and the Spanish CTE DB-SE, with real wind and snow load assumptions for the area.

What is the structure made of?

Anodised 6061/T6 aluminium, considerably stronger than ordinary aluminium and with a service life of over 20 years with minimal maintenance. The fabric is 850 g/m² PVC, fire-retardant certified to DIN 4102-B1.

Can you play in summer without overheating?

That's what the sliding walls are for: they open fully and the court ventilates. And the fabric blocks direct light, so heat doesn't build up inside like in an ordinary tent. It also prevents condensation on the glass and keeps the turf dry.

What do I get with the order?

A complete solution: engineering study, real 3D render, AutoCAD plans, installation guide and international certification (Eurocode, UK and USA). All before manufacturing.

What foundations are needed?

Isolated reinforced-concrete footings, on the order of 1.2 × 1.2 × 0.5 m depending on the ground, with pillars anchored by bolts. The exact dimensions come from the structural study of your project.

Do you install it?

We can, or we'll send you the step-by-step installation guide if you prefer to assemble it with your team. The AutoCAD plans come ready for construction and for applying for permits.
